Your data is processed on our secure backend servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. We enforce strict access control, and each user’s data is sandboxed in isolated environments to ensure privacy. You can delete your data anytime within the app, and it will be permanently erased from our servers.

We only send column names and the first row of your dataset to OpenAI for model usage. This data is not used for training and is deleted by OpenAI within 30 days. MongoDB or MySQL credentials are never stored after secure processing.

We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the services (e.g., OpenAI) or as required by law.

5. Children's Privacy
SheetBot is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
