Welcome to SheetBot.ai. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ownership and Use of Services
SheetBot is an AI-powered data analysis and visualization tool designed to help you streamline your data processing. Upon purchasing a package, you may use SheetBot to generate data summaries, goals, and visualizations. Each account is intended for individual use, and multiple users from the same organization sharing a single account is prohibited. Such use may result in suspension or termination of the account.

2. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect personal data such as your name, email, payment information, and the datasets you upload. Your data is processed on our secure backend servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform, with encryption in transit over HTTPS/TLS. We only send non-sensitive parts of your dataset (column names and the first row) to OpenAI for model usage, which deletes the data within 30 days. Your data is sandboxed, and only you have access to it during storage. You may delete your data from our servers at any time through the app. MongoDB or MySQL credentials are never stored after processing.

We also collect non-personal data through cookies to enhance user experience.

3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Misuse of the account, including unauthorized access by others, may lead to suspension.

4. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of SheetBot following such changes constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
